VENUE - Clare Oval, Clare SA
SARRC’s first half marathon of the year is held in the beautiful Clare Valley and is the first event of our Triple Vines Series which includes the Clare Valley, Barossa Marathon and McLaren Vale events. This is the Clare Valley Running Festival. The Clare Valley is one of South Australia’s oldest wine regions and it’s world-renowned for producing elegant Rieslings. The Clare Valley Half Marathon follows part of the Riesling Trail. Come for the run… stay the weekend!
The timber bridge under the main road is current being refurbished and repaired, so our current course has been adjusted. Start and Finish will be on the Oval with participants exiting the oval complex across Main Rd onto Dominic St before joining the Riesling Trail on Station Rd, returning the same way.

SARRC member must have a paid up membership as at close of general race entry as well as on Race Day (membership registration during late entry period will not be eligible for SARRC prize money).
PHOTOGRAPHY
We will have official photographers out on course as well as at the finish line. These will be available on our Photo Gallery @ SmugMug for free download after the event. Crowd sourced photos taken by support teams or spectators can also be uploaded for all to see. Follow this link to upload your photos.

If you do not receive a participation medal on race day, we will place an additional order and we will mail these out to you.
